Sarah Coles is the Vice President of Go-to-Market Strategy at Persado. She is responsible for new Generative AI and personalization products at Persado. She combines her passion for language, personalization and technology to help companies use the power of words to influence human behaviors and ultimately increase sales. Sarah’s background spans marketing, product, sales, CRM and content development at both tech startups and marketing agencies. She brings her broad experience to Persado to help customers blend the power of human interactions and Generative AI to create brand messaging that motivates shoppers to purchase. Sarah has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a MBA from New York University.
