Five Reasons to Find Persado at CommerceNext 2021

It has been almost two years since the CommerceNext Community has had the opportunity to meet in person. This September (the 28–29th), however, CommerceNext 2021 will take place live and in person in New York City. With over 80 speakers from top brands, like Walmart, Coach, Wayfair, JustFab, Everlane, E.L.F. One: The Persado Breakout Session at CommerceNext 2021

Four: The CommerceNexty Awards

The CommerceNextys are a way to honor and exemplify retail and DTC brands that are delivering breakthrough results in customer acquisition and ecommerce. This year, Persado has nominated one of our customers, Rachel Larsen, Senior Marketing Manager at Old Navy for the Best Use of Data or Technology in Marketing Award. Larsen has been selected as a finalist. Winners will be announced at the CommerceNext event on the 29th of September. 

Five: A Custom Consumer Report

Persado will be sharing results from Let’s Make a Deal, a custom consumer report focused on privacy and personalization. Some of the highlights of the report include:

  • 71% of shoppers have positive associations with personalization
  • The number one reason shoppers give personal information for personalization is trust, which edged out coupons, discounts, and free shipping
  • The youngest cohort (18–24) has more positivity about personalization and see its value more broadly
  • When customers experience a brand that “speaks to you,” what they remember the most is: first, that the brand keeps it simple (47%); second, that the brand presents an offer a customer can’t pass up (30%); and third, is that the brand appears authentic and transparent (29%).
