He joined the company from Sears Holdings Corporation, a long-time Persado customer, where he led one of the largest and most sophisticated digital direct response programs in North America. A 19-year veteran of the digital marketing space he recently served as the DVP, Targeted Interactions at Sears, focused on the use of data to personalise digital experiences. Prior to Sears, Ryan was VP of Emerging Media at StrongView (formerly StrongMail), and VP of Marketing Automation Solutions for collaboration and conferencing platform PGi. Leveraging his extensive industry experience and passion for data-driven marketing, Ryan collaborates with leading consumer brands in the evolution of their marketing programs via a data-driven approach to the creative process – one that involves investing in and embracing AI-powered technology to unlock the power of language.
