As Head of Global Operations, Jason Cho manages the operations team in onboarding new customers, supporting customers’ usage of their language models, guiding customers’ campaign strategy and delivery with experiment insights, managing brand content strategy, and providing professional services through Persado’s Center of Enablement programs.
Jason has decades of experience designing and delivering customer programs and leading high-performing operations teams focused on executing product delivery and customer services. Prior to joining Persado in 2016 as head of project management, he led the digital agency division of Pegasus, a leader in worker competency management software and services. He has also served as Director of Product Strategy at Open Hospitality and Director of Operations at Retail Automation Products (acquired by NCR).
Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Baruch College. He lives in northern New Jersey with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting bourbon and squeezes in a round of golf when he can.
