Ben and the Global Customer Success team are responsible for ensuring clients get the best possible experience from all that Persado has to offer. At their core, the Customer Success team is driven by creating deep and long-term client relationships, establishing clear health and success measures, and helping partners exceed performance goals. Client Success is equally focused on bringing Persado teams together to align on client objectives, develop solutions, and share client success stories.
Prior to joining Persado in March of 2022, Ben was SVP of Digital Services at Epsilon where was responsible for designing and managing the customer success service model for Epsilon’s multi-channel digital marketing platform, People Cloud Messaging. Prior to joining Epsilon in 2013, Ben led client and professional services for the email service provider e-Dialog (now Zeta Interactive) and order management platform Ordermotion (acquired by Netsuite). Common to all of Ben’s teams was a focus on helping clients activate customer data and deliver personalized experiences.
Ben lives in Andover, MA just north of Boston with his wife Lynda, son Tyler, daughter Grace, and best friend and yellow lab Ziggy. During his free time you’ll find him in the kitchen with the family, on the golf course with anyone willing to play, or standing in a river waving a stick (fishing).
