Will Dean

Will has over 10 years of commercial finance experience with mid-to-late stage software enterprises, having worked to deliver best in class outcomes in a variety of in-house and external advisory roles. Starting his career at Deloitte, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and as part of the Deloitte Corporate Finance team went on to advise on numerous buy- and sell- side transactions within the Technology, Media, and Telecom space. During his career, Will has garnered firsthand experience of the creation, acquisition, and divestment of significant enterprise value and previously worked as part of a Silicon Valley-based SaaS business focused on AdTech and online video deployment.

As CFO for Persado, Will is responsible for the company’s global finance organisation and leads a team spanning New York, London, and Athens.

Will is based in London with his wife and two children, and in his spare time enjoys keeping fit and healthy with a combination of running, cycling, and the gym. He is a Nottingham University Business School Alumni, having graduated with First Class Honours.
