Ricardo Ludtke has nearly two decades of experience in operations, customer success, and program management. As Vice President of Operations at Persado, Ricardo leads the company’s efforts to optimize service delivery and enhance operational scalability by building high-performing teams and streamlining cross-functional initiatives to support the company’s strategy and to deliver consistent value to clients.
Since joining Persado in 2019, Ricardo has held a series of progressively senior roles in Customer Success and Operations. He previously held leadership roles at NCR Corporation and Retail Automation Products, Inc., managing large-scale service operations and delivering complex technology solutions for clients ranging from small, midsize, to enterprise level.
He is originally from Brazil, but has called New York home since ’99. In his free time he spends time with family, playing soccer, and competing in road cycling events around the Tri-State area.
