A “win” is defined as statistically significant outperformance on the primary KPI — click rate, conversion rate, or application starts, depending on the campaign type. Tests run across email, direct mail, web, and digital channels.

Incremental value is calculated as the lift Persado-generated content produced above what the control creative would have generated — measured at the campaign level, then aggregated across the full customer portfolio. Persado works with each enterprise client to instrument attribution at the campaign level, so the figure is traceable back to specific tests and deployments. The $2.5B+ figure represents cumulative measured lift across all enterprise clients, not a projection or modeled estimate.
