Knowledge Base
Represents a centralized repository of information. Knowledge bases can serve external or internal functions. An external knowledge base example is a customer service library featuring product, service, or topic information that allows customers to find answers to questions on their own. An internal example is the Persado knowledge base which is derived from 1.5 billion customer interactions from 150 million US consumers and provides the foundation for the Persado Motivation AI Platform.
