We've shipped two new capabilities that work as one system: the Disclosure Library and the AI Disclosure Assistant. Together they do something no generic AI tool and no post-production scanner can: they match the right disclosures to a creative while it's being generated, then hand your team a clear, approvable summary of every decision.
Here's how it works.
The Disclosure Library is a structured, account-specific repository of your disclosures, mapped to the rules that govern them: product × channel × audience × claim type. You load your disclosures one time. From that point on, every creative you put through Persado is checked against the current, approved language — no re-uploading, no hunting through a shared drive.
The Assistant is the intelligence layer on top. As a creative is generated, it reads the content, cross-references your library, and returns a labeled set of decisions:
- Verified — disclosures that are correct and should stay
- Additions from your library — approved language it pulled in to fill a gap
- Additions from Persado — an AI-generated disclosure where no library match existed
- Removals — disclosures flagged as unnecessary, shown struck through
It auto-fills variable values from the creative's context and learns from the decisions your compliance team makes, so matching sharpens with use. Nothing is auto-approved — the system matches, validates, and suggests; your team approves.

The disclosure check stops being a separate hand-off and becomes part of the work you're already doing. A review that used to run for days — draft out, legal queue, corrections, re-review — now resolves in minutes, because matching happens inside generation. The repetitive corrections never reach your reviewers; they spend their judgment on the genuine edge cases. And every decision is captured in a self-contained Analysis Report that legal and compliance can sign off without logging into the platform.

This is the principle the release is built on. Tools that scan finished creative are working after production — by the time they flag a problem, it's already rework. Persado validates during generation, so the problem is prevented, not discovered. It's also why a general-purpose AI can't do this job: it doesn't know that a savings claim on a direct-mail piece for a near-prime audience needs different disclosure language than the same claim in an email. Your library does, and the Assistant applies it every time.
