Rick Kozody

Rick Kozody is Persado’s General Counsel. He oversees global legal affairs, steering everything from commercial matters to ongoing risk management. He has spent over a decade in the venture-backed technology space.

Licensed to practice in New York and Ontario, Rick previously worked with leading US and Canadian law firms. His Canadian roots show from his education (McGill University (LL B) and Queen’s University (BA Hons)), and his pronunciation of “about” and “sorry.”

Rick lives in New York City with his wife and dog. He loves life with food, wine and concerts, and loves suffering as a fan of the Mets and Toronto Maple Leafs.
